Acquisition of Createch by The TALAN Group

2022 begins with important changes to Createch. By the end of Q1 2022, after 16 years in the Bell family, we will be joining the TALAN group. TALAN is a leading international innovation consulting and technology transformation company headquartered in Paris. Their 4,000 consultants are spread across Europe, North America and Africa. The transaction is a strategic decision by Bell, reinforcing their commitment to their core network and telecommunications strategy. Please see TALAN’s press release for more information.

As part of the transaction, the Createch entity and brand will be retained, and the existing team will continue its activities.

New Growth Opportunities for Createch

For Createch, becoming a member of the TALAN group will give us the means to achieve our ambitions. Talan is well positioned to help us develop and grow our successful business and assert ourselves as a consulting firm on which North American companies can rely to succeed in their transformation.

Because of our offering and location, Createch will be at the heart of TALAN’s development strategy in North America. TALAN aims to reach 10,000 consultants by 2025, with a third of these consultants located in North America.

Merger of Createch and Projexia

This transaction will also include the merger of Createch and the consulting firm Projexia. Projexia, headquartered in Montreal, is the #1 SAP reseller in North America. Since 2019, Projexia has been a part of PASàPAS – the SAP division of TALAN. Projexia’s co-founders, Sylvia Bologna and Tarek Fattouh, will join Createch’s management team, and clients will now have access to 445 SAP consultants for strategic projects.
